Imagine becoming so talented that you can't even imagine your talented

Most people that have gifts often perceive it as "natural", so they dont understand that others dont have the same skill level. Especially with everyone talking him down. He wouldn't know better because he's not from this world. Now he hears the same thing from 3-4 different people close to him, it would be common to just go with the flow and continue what he's doing.
Which, giving him a sense of humility is a good thing, but doing so could also get someone hurt because he underestimates himself, as I imagine is about to happen. :-P

I'm a victim of this as well, my talent naturally knows no bounds and gives me so many enemies smh. I feel the MC's pain...

Yeah the doctor called you a 'Special kid', but it is different from what you're thinking. It's more like the needing a different school kind of 'special', or having 'special needs' kind special.
